Haruka is a world-famous speed-racer, a lover of cars, and the lover of Kaioh Michiru. When she is first introduced in the manga, she has the appearance of a beautiful, platinum blonde-haired boy. She is very flirtatious, and serves as a source of temptation as she playfully nick-names Usagi 'Muffin Head',etc. However, she also has a serious side, which she uses to warn Usagi and to advise the other senshi. After Hotaru's rebirth, she is affectionately referred to as Haruka papa, and she brings out Haruka's more feminine side. As stated by Usagi, Haruka acts both like a guy and a girl. While she can be dominating, she is also very gentle. Even though Haruka tends to flirt a lot in the manga and anime versions, her love towards Michiru is undeniably strong. And her dedication towards her duty as a soldier is incredible.
The Soldier: Sailor Uranus; Super; Eternal
The first time she appears, she is disguised wearing an outfit similar to Tuxedo Kamen. However, when she becomes Sailor Uranus, she kisses Sailor Moon, and warns her that 'war games are dangerous'. When she is formally introduced during the Death Busters Arc, Haruka, Michiru and Setsuna had awakened too late. The invaders had already slipped into Earth and they had been investigating the Mugen district, trying to find a way to expel the invaders. They resisted the assistance of Sailor Moon and the other senshi because they believed the Death Busters fell under their jurisdiction. But because of Sailor Moon's love and acceptance, the outer senshi eventually come together and fight alongside the other senshi. Sailor Uranus is one of the strongest senshi within the planetary system, and she's a force to be reckoned with when she's determined.
The Past: Princess Uranus
A thousand years ago during the Silver Millennium, Princess Uranus had been chosen to be the guardian of her home planet, Uranus. When she was born, she was given the castle Miranda by Queen Serenity. When she was young, she guarded the Moon Kingdom from Deep Space Invaders from afar. But whenever she began to feel lonely, she would think about the Princess, and they would seem to feel comfort from a voice that would seem to say "it's alright." She also held one of the three talismans that were the key to destruction. It is not known whether or not she had a romantic relationship with the Princess of Neptune. Unfortunately, when chaos and disaster struck the Moon Kingdom, the three talismans called the soldier of silence, Sailor Saturn. With the powers of the Ginzuishou, Queen Serenity brought the planetary princess back to life
