The Guardian: Guardian Cosmos
Guardian Cosmos only appears in the final act of the Stars Arc. She is a small, humanoid-type fairy who lives inside of the Galaxy Cauldron, the place where new stars are born, and she is Cosmos Seed's guardian fairy. After Eternal Sailor Moon had called upon all the stars' power inside of the Galaxy Cauldron, she used that power to finally defeat Chaos. Upon doing so, her body had melted into the Cauldron. When Usagi awakes, she is reunited with Mamoru and her friends. They are greeted by Guardian Cosmos, who offers to allow them to live where they are inside the cauldron, or if they would wish to make a new history. Usagi chooses to live life as they are, with all of the imperfections and so they can mature. Guardian Cosmos then encases the senshi inside of an energy of light, and sends them to where they belong. After the senshi have left, Guardian Cosmos states that the core of Chaos, the Chaos seed, and Guardian Chaos had also melted into the Cauldron, and they might be reborn once more.
