About Sailor Moon Crystal Power.com:
Sailor Moon Crystal Power.com is a general website dedicated to the North American version of Sailor Moon.1. Design (1/10 points)
The layout design is quite poor, as it doesn't seem to be designed very well. The text colors change frequently from pink, to every other color in the rainbow depending on which page is being viewed. The images are broken on the main page, and it seems that the design didn't have very much thought put into it. The navigation links are a bit harder to read because of the black text on the brownish background. The only positive note I can think of is that all of the pages have the same layout. It is better to have consistency, such as having text all be the same color, and that way it matches the design better. For the time being, SMCP.com should use pre-made layouts, or more simple custom-made layouts until you are more adept in design and html coding.
2. Content (2/15 points)
Home: There are many spelling mistakes on this page. I also think that it is inappropriate to claim that your website is an "official" North American Sailor Moon website unless you actually own rights to the North American Version of Sailor Moon.
About the Show: There are many spelling and grammar mistakes in this section, as well as broken images. It also seems very unprofessional to have a lot of exclamation marks after sentences; just one will suffice. In the following sentence: "After brain washing Usagi's family to think she is a part of them Chibiusa discovers that she is the futer daughter of Usagi and Mamoru and is also a Sailor Senshi", it makes it seem like ChibiUsa is the one who discovers that she is from the future. Instead, you could write, "…she is a part of them, Usagi discovers that ChibiUsa is the future daughter..." I also find that even though your website seems to be dedicated to the North American version of Sailor Moon, you frequently refer to their Japanese names.
Sailor Moon Facts: Again, there are a lot of spelling and grammar mistakes. There are also many broken images. Under "Senshi Forms" for Sailor Moon, her first three transformations in the NA version are called "Moon Prism Power", "Moon Crystal Power", and "Moon Cosmic Power". Even if some people call them something else, it does not necessarily mean it's true. As for the information under "Sailor Cosmos", it is not specifically stated whether or not she becomes Sailor Cosmos after her reign as Neo Queen Serenity or not.
Sailor Moon Attacks: Spelling and grammar mistakes are present in this section, and there are many broken images.
Inner Senshi Facts: Again, there are a lot of spelling and grammar mistakes. There are also many broken images. You also have some stats missing for these senshi that were shown in the Sailor Moon Facts section, such as height, favorite colors, favorite food, likes and dislikes. I am also unsure of whether or not Sailor Mars wants to have an international career; what is the source of that particular information? And since the site had stated that it was dedicated to the North American version of Sailor Moon, I find it inconsistent to refer to them by their Japanese names. Technically, you would be calling them "scouts" instead of "senshi". Even "soldiers" would do nicely. It would be a lot neater if you organized your information better, and had the same stats for each senshi. Design-wise, it would be more uniform if you had the same text-color for each senshi and it would be easier on the eyes.
Outer Senshi Facts: More spelling and grammar mistakes and missing images. Under "Chibi Moon's" stats, she is about 900 in both the anime and the manga even though she has the appearance of an 8-year old. Her abilities are also similar to Sailor Moon's, which is the power of the Silver Imperium Crystal. Also, Sailor Pluto is not necessarily the official guardian of ChibiUsa. Although she does watch over her and considers her to be a friend, I do not think Sailor Pluto was appointed to guard ChibiUsa. What was your source on that particular information? Again, it would be a lot neater if you organized your information better, and had the same stats for each senshi. Design-wise, it would be more uniform if you had the same text-color for each senshi and it would be easier on the eyes.
Star Lights, Tuxedo Mask,Chibi Chibi, and Princess Kakyuu Facts: As a note, I find it odd that you do have information presented on the characters from season 5 since the North American version of Sailor Moon only shows the 4 seasons, but I might just be picky about that. There are many spelling and grammar mistakes, and all of the images don't work. Your stats would be more uniform if you provided the same stats for all of the characters, and if you had all the text be just one color. Also, sometimes you have Star Lights as two words, and sometimes you have it as one word.
Attacks of the Senshi: I'm glad to see that all of the images work except for one; however, the manga image of Sailor Kakyuu is poor, and the image at the very bottom does not work. This page would look more organized if you made all of the images the same size and if all the text was the same color. The way the attacks are set up makes it hard to understand where information on one attack begins and where the next ends. If you bolded each attack and put breaks between them, it would look a lot cleaner and the content would make a bit more sense. As far as the actual information goes, Sailor Jupiter does not have the attack "Flower Hurricane" in the anime, and she is missing the attack "Supreme Thunder Dragon". Sailor Neptune does not have an attack called "Submarine Violen Tide" in the anime. You also state Sailor Pluto, Sailor Venus, and Sailor Uranus' manga attacks, but do not list manga attacks for the other senshi. Also, sometimes you call ChibiChibi "Sailor Chibi Chibi" and sometimes you call her "Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon", which is incorrect. Sailor StarMaker's attack "Star Gentle Uterus" does not have any other name. There are also a lot of spelling mistakes on this page.
Sailor Moon Pictures, All Seasons: Most of the images in this section do not work except for three, and they are not the best quality.
The Awards I've Won: All of the images in this section work except for the one at the very bottom. It might look neater if you centered all of the awards, but that's a personal choice. You also might want to have the links have a different target so that your visitors don't leave your page behind. All of the links worked on this page.
Awards For You!: There are minimal spelling errors on this page, but none of the images work for the previews of the awards. Again, you might want to make all the text the same color, and make the images the same height and width once you get them working.
The Truth of Chibi Chibi: There are a few spelling mistakes on this page. Again, please be sure to make all of your text more uniform in the future.
3. Originality (0/10)
This website doesn't have anything original or new. The design appears to be effortless, and the information can be found even on the average sailor moon website. It doesn't have its own spin on the Sailor Moon World. To improve your website's originality, take the time to find accurate information, and present it in a new, fun way.
4. Technical tidbits (1/5 points)
There are a lot of broken images on this website, and almost every page has numerous spelling and grammar mistakes. I did not find any broken links though. The information is inconsistent with the statement that this website is meant to share information on the North American Version of Sailor Moon when it constantly refers to the senshi's Japanese names. I also find it odd that the website is named "Sailor Moon Crystal Power.com", when this site does not own that domain name; however, you could still call it "Sailor Moon Crystal Power".
5. Final Comments
Sailor Moon Crystal Power still seems to be a work in progress. While there is a portion of information, the grammar and spelling mistakes make it hard to read and understand. Some of the information is incorrect, and most of it is accompanied by pictures that don't work. The design also greatly hinders the usability of the site's content. But with some work and a lot of time, you can still have an enjoyable site.
